Change Column Width

Having entered your data in the previous lesson, You'll immediately notice that you cannot see all the data as the columns are too small.

We'll need to increase the column widths

Steps:

1. Select cell A1
2. Press CTRL + A
   • This selects the data we entered
3. Press CTRL + SPACE
   • This selects all the columns that the data we entered are in
4. Press in sequence: ALT then O then C then A
   • This changes all the column widths so that you can see the headings.
5. Select cell A1

Now, you'll see:

Your sheet should now look like this
