newbie question: identifying returning queries in a speadsheet
I have a spreadsheet of clients with the time and date of an initial enquiry. I need to be able to identify those clients who have made a second query within:
1. 1 day (or 24 hours) of their first call, and
2. 2 days (or 48 hours) of their first call, and
3. 5 days (or 120 hours) of their first call.
Ideally, any clients falling into any ofthese categories could be placed on one of three columns.
Any help really appreciated

I see no one has got back to you on this one, can you please provide a sample sheet, if you are unable to do this can you confirm if you use reference no's for individual queries or do you only have your client's ID as a unique Identifier?

Hi. I made an error (apologies) in my original post, such that the infornation i have is: Col A = client post code (a UK postcode), and col B = date of call.
i would like to be able now to idenytify those clients who have made a second call (identifiable by post code) within the time periods:
a. 1 day
2. 2 days
3. 5 days.
is this do-able?
