Hi,

I literally have my whole research on this severally corrupted excel sheet that I have tried everything I can to recover.

This can't just happen. It was working normally two hours ago up until I closed the laptop and opened it again.

I tried the stellar phoenix software and it gave me the severally corrupted message.

Please help me recover this as I am due to a certain deadline and this is literally the last thing I needed right now. How can it just become corrupted out of nowhere? I don't even have complex or a lot of formulas in it nor graphs.

The only copy I saved was before writing down the hundreds of lines of numbers that I did in the past week.

Could anyone please recommend or suggest a method? This file can really affect my whole degree outcome right now.
