How to extract email lumped in the same column with other data?

That is how a cell with combined data looks like:

"1690","test@hotmail.com","898"

Seriously ,Help!

select the columngo:

select the column
go: Data
Text to columns
Choose "," as your delimiter, and OK that

- Excel will separate out the data
- make sure the next 2 cols are free first as the data will be parsed there
