Without Pivot Table

I have the answer but I have not used the forum for a while and do not know how to paste a view of the excel sheet?

add an image using this link:

then use a link like this in the body of your post:

[p][img alt="pivot-tables-for-dummies" src="http://excelexperts.com/sites/default/files/images/pivot-tables-for-dummies.PNG" /][/p]

 

- replace the "[" with "<" and the "]" with ">"  and change the bold text to your file name... NOTE: it's case sensitive
