how to make tht scroll bars

Thank you so much, this is exactly what I needed, would never have figured it out on my own. Went through it and understand most of it, have some additional work to do with converting the table to a graph, with the drop down form boxes on the graph instead of the Excel sheet. Will shout if I need further help.

I included a "notes" worksheet to show the sequence of calculations....
If you look up the help file for each function it's easy enough to understand and these are important Excel functions to familiarise yourself with.. They allow us to do things like your project :-)
Learning Excel is about learning the functions and how to combine them to get useful results - That's part of the fun
