Re arrange excel data.
All,
I have to re arrange a huge data which is in 240*2000. iam giving the present data format below and the expected output format too. please please some body help. sos.
Present form of the data:
ID NUMBER 05-07-2010 06-07-2010 07-07-2010

expected output of the data:
ID NUMBER AMOUNT DATE

please help me with this issue. i have it on my head.
Data analysis
the answer to your issue depends on whether this is a one-off request, or you need to repeat many times.
If the latter, you need a VBA solution or you will spend all your time manipulating data.
If the former, simply replicate the ID numbers for how ever many days you have, and cut and paste the data into the right place.

total rows i have in my excel are 2000 and with columsn 250. it is merely not possible to cut/copy/paste. hence please help me with any vba solution.
