Suppose I've changed my mind and now prefer to use the term "Entertainment" instead of "Eating Out"

How do I do this ?

Easy..

  1. Press CTRL + H  to find and replace data..
  2. in Find What, type:  Eating Out
  3. In Replace with, type: Entertainment
  4. Press ALT + A

NOTE:

  • Find and Replace does not replace within the Data Validation, so you will need to change that in column B.

Your sheet should now look like this
