Please help me. I'm not good in VBA and Macro.

I have to create a tool in excel by 22nd on march 2015.

objective:-
Create an email generator program that based upon customer profile information creates and send an email.

(create a tool/application in excel spreed sheet)

the excel spreed sheet should have.

fields:-

1.valid and invalid email address.
(only company email address, if i use my personal email it should give an error msg)

2.Help desk incident description.
(hear i have to put the customer complain)

3. date of service start.

4. date of service end.

output:-
lotus note / outlook email

feature:-
Ability to create template that would have standard message.

Field in email that need to be customized are:-
1. subject
2.customer name
3.signature
4.Email body

system to track and report survey sent to what email address.
system to track and report survey not sent with reason.
