Macro which deletes empty cells

I need a macro which can detect and delete empty cells above my table which has a range of A3:H:3. I have tried so many macro but each one doesnt seem to work. Help is required as I am not an Excel expert at all!

the easiest way to delete empty cells is to sort the data... empty cells fall to the bottom.
