Creating a 2nd list that is dependent on the 1st list

In excel is it posible to create a list in one cell and have another cell
that has a list that is dependent on what is selected in the first list. For
example If i have a list in B2 that is (red, blue, green) and if I select Red
I get a posible list in C2 and if I select Blue I get a different list in C2.
