working with graphs

can i use excel to work with graphs like determining the number of plates by mccabe-thiele method ?

ok my friend just tell me the way to do it . the problem for me is to drawing the steps from the distillate composition to bottom composition betweem the vapour-liquid equilibrium line and green and violet line .
