Traciking changes in the shared work book

Could you please help me in finding a solution for tracking the changes in an excel made by list of users in a Shared work book for the data entered in the past.

Tracking changes in the shared work book

If using 2007/2010: On Review tab click "Track changes", check "List changes on new sheet" or "Highlight changes on screen". Keep in mind that changes will be kept for 30 days at most. It does not keep changes older than 30 days. Also, it keeps changes from the moment when sharing is turned on, not from earlier.
