I am new to VBA and know just the basics of VBA.I have been given a complex task to make a MACRO for organisation. details are as

There are following designations
Designation reports to
Manager top
Operation manager(OM) reports to manager
Engineer manager(EM) reports to Operation manager
Lead engineer reports to Engineer manager
Senior Engineer reports to Lead Engineer
Engineer reports to Lead Engineer
Graduate Engineering Trainee(GET) reports to Lead Engineer

Now for every designation (except for manager) there is a primary manger
For GET, Engineer and Senior engineer, LEAD Engineer is the primary manager

for lead engineer, EM is the primary manager and for EM, OM is the primary manager and so on..............

Requirement of Macro: Using four columns in excel sheet if I fill the ID & NAME of a person along with his PROMARY MANAGER's ID and NAME,
i want to get all the people reporting to him, along with the details of teams of each of their teams. Better explained with example below:

Example: If i fill in the ID of a EM and His name and ID and name of his primary manager who ll be a OM, then i want to get the details of all the Lead engineers reporting to That EM along with SR. Engineers , Engineers and GETS reporting to each of LEADS

Kindly provide me with a solution..................
