1) Can anybody tell me that how can we crack password of vba in excel.

2) Can anybody tell me how to unprotect sheet, even though i have lost my password.

There are firms that offer this service... we don't on the basis that it's often unclear as to whether the sheet belongs to the person who needs the password.

Most firms also have a technology department who have the ability to recover lost passwords. I suggest your first point of call is your technology department.
