Copy Excel Work Sheets

I am trying to copy or move some work sheets from one file to another but when I move them they don't keep the theme colors and format. Could you please tell me how can I move them keepin all theme colors and formats.

Copy color theme across workbooks

For Excel 2003

Tools->Options->Color

Choose file from 'Copy colors from' selection box

 

 

For Excel 2007/2010

File/Office button->Options->Save->Preserve visual appearance of the workbook->Colors

Choose file from 'Copy colors from' selection box
