What kind of Excel operation is this? (video attached)

Hi everyone I'm new here :)

Would anybody be so kind and tell me which Excel function this shown in the video?

In this video the formulas Large, INDEX en MATCH are used in the righter table

Righter table in video
IME PRIIMEK PORABA
=INDEX(A$2:A$19;MATCH(G2;C$2:C$19;0)) =INDEX(B$2:B$19;MATCH(G2;C$2:C$19;0)) =LARGE(C$21:C$23;1)
=INDEX(A$2:A$19;MATCH(G3;C$2:C$19;0)) =INDEX(B$2:B$19;MATCH(G3;C$2:C$19;0)) =LARGE(C$21:C$23;2)
=INDEX(A$2:A$19;MATCH(G4;C$2:C$19;0)) =INDEX(B$2:B$19;MATCH(G4;C$2:C$19;0)) =LARGE(C$21:C$23;3)

etcetera, etcetera.

Be aware that the formula '=LARGE() changes each row: the largest = 1, after that number 2 etc.

 

When you edit the PORABA in the left table, the righter table will be sorted depending on the largest amount.
