It depends on what you want
What would you like to show by dashboard. I suggest creating COUNTIF and SUMIF formula. Try to use Data Validation list containing "Apparel" and "Home Décor" as criteria for COUNTIF and SUMIF. Chart should reflect selected data. Something like that?
