Sorting data in excel so it is mail mergeable

I have a long list of equipment by room number. Some rooms have more than one piece of equipment. I can pivot the data to get what I want but I am having trouble mail merging in Word.

Ideally I need a script or something (maybe if, match formula) that will append the equipment as different columns against each room number.

Any ideas please?
