Hey Vishesh, Thanks for all your help. The macro worked with my main file. It gives desired result. I am trying to figure out what this macro does by its codes line by line. I have one last request. If you can give me description of what line does what it would be great. I would appreciate if you provide line by line description in the attached sheet. Thanks and Regards... Bunty
