After much R&D and suggestions from the people on Forums through LinkedIn I have come up with something like in the attachment...

- I filled all the text, then removed some rows in the middle, and still got the "text won't be visible" message

Please try the updated attached file.
open the sheet select all the
open the sheet
select all the text
clear it
then type 1 then press ENTER
=> the 1 (the first row) disappears
... you can get it back with the arrow keys, but it shld be visible
