Hi,
1. Enter 2 Mar and 8 Mar 2014 into A1 and B1 as dates
2. Format them like: [$-409]Ddd d mmm yyyy"
2. Enter this formula in A2 and fill it down:

=PROPER(TEXT($A$1+7*(ROW()-1),"[$-409]Ddd d mmm yyyy")) &" to " & PROPER(TEXT($B$1+7*(ROW()-1),"[$-409]Ddd d mmm yyyy"))
