Print multiple worksheets/slicers

I have an Excel worksheet with about 150 different slicers (Account Names) that are used to filter account data. I want to know if there is an easy way in Excel 2010 to print the data for each of the 150 slicers without having to load each individually and manually print.

Hi,

Can you post a sample file, of course, with some phantom data. My point is to understand how your data are organized to be able to offer you the most suitable solution.

Best regards.

Thank you Manny - I don't

Thank you Manny -
I don't have a version I can release, it contains a lot of highly sensitive data and it would be extremely complex/time consuming for me to go through and replace all of it with phantom data. However, I understand you probably need more information to help, so hopefully a more detailed overview will help.

The workbook is based off a table of raw data that is then filtered through 6 different filters (extracting quarterly sales data, activity reporting, and contact information), then brought together and displayed on a single table via a slicer. A sales manager would click on an account name in the slicer and the table would update with that account's charts and data. They could then click the next account on the slicer to pull that account's data. It works great, but can be very time-consuming to click on each account and print to pdf to send to the client, then click on the next and repeat that process 150 times. I am hoping their is another way or tool I can use to extract the data from each slicer value and either place it on another worksheet so I can just print the entire workbook, or just print each slicer value to pdf automatically.

Thanks again!

Hi,

I am very sorry for the late reply...

If you still need help on this, the answer is: yes, there is another way that you can use to automate your task. This can be done by using VBA. As I said, if you still need some solution I can did something for you. And I have some questions to clarify for my self your requirements, but I will ask them after your reply.

I have some leisure time in the next two days and then I will be off-line for a week again. Hope can help you.

Best regards.
