I had raw data in one sheeet and in other sheet i need to populate the data on certain field

I had raw data in one sheet and i need to populate the same data with only certain lookup values , i had attahed the excel file for the same in one sheet is raw data and in other sheet is reuired data to populate.

Use pivot table
