Graph 4 Cells as 2 XY Coordinates via PivotChart?

I have data in an Excel table like the following:


Zip City Builder Community Min Sqft Min Price Max Sqft Max Price
11111 Example Builder A Oak Ridge 1,412 $129,990 1,676 $148,990
11112 Example Builder A Elm Woods 1,392 $119,990 3,304 $238,990
11113 Example Builder B Pine Hills 1,412 $123,990 1,676 $140,990
11114 Fake City Builder B Maple Cove 1,598 $159,990 3,514 $226,990
11115 Fake City Builder B Cedar Falls 1,598 $159,990 3,514 $226,990

 

I'd like to create a chart that graphs price on the y-axis and square foot on the x-axis.  I'd like to show a line from min point to the max point for each builder/community combination and list in the legend something like "Builder A - Oak Ridge".

I'd like the ability to filter the data by city, zip, builder and community.  I tried to do a Pivot Chart however I can't seem to get that to work.

I've attached an image of a manual chart I created on the above data to show what I'm looking to achieve.
