Hi please help me.

Can anyone help to organize a directory? I have this Directory in HTML format
 
 
I need to clean this up to remove inactive contacts. When I converted it to excel format it comes out like this:

This can also be done in Word. In the Find-Replace dialog box (Ctrl+h) find the keywords and replace them with keyword+Tab (^t) e.g. for Company, Find: Company, Replace: ^pCompany^t and click replace all.

Note: ^p for Enter and ^t for Tab
