Creating an individual report?

Hi all,

I have made a form using Google Docs, with 131 questions (usual Yes/no questions, some scale questions and free text answers) intended to all the staff of my company (65 members). Now I have the answers in a .xls file, with the questions in columns and the answers of every member in rows. But I need to present the individual answers of every colleague in a individual report, with all the answers of a single user in a more readable format than 1 row, as If I made the inverse path from the original form.

How can I do this?

I made in other tab of the same document the graphical output i'd like but I don't know how to connect the answers in the original tab with the graphical representation in the other.

Sorry if I am unclear, but my english is bad and I'm not an expert in spreadsheets neither.
