CONDITIONAL FORMATTING FORMULA

Please help me provide a formula that will change color of data in column A once text "Confirmed" in entered in Column B:

COLUMN A COLUMN B
6/1/2012 Available
6/2/2012 Confirmed
6/3/2012 Tentative
