Inspired by Nick's solution, i have worked out another way to compare 2 lists.

Here we use only Excel array formulas, without preparatory steps. As you can see, the formulas are complicated, it is not easy to debrief why these combinations of Excel basic functions return correct results.

Another thing worth to mention is that the formulas only have 2 references: "List1" and "List2". That means they are highly independent. You can change the lists and results as long as they are in the range "List1" and "List2", the formulas will always work.
