83. Excel Tips - Format Text In A Cell

This is a handy tip that a lot of people don't know:

  • You can actually format the text within a cell

Here's a screen shot of what it looks like:

Here's how to do it:

  1. Double click on the cell containing the text
  2. Double click on the word you want to format  (or select the words)
  3. Right click => format cells
  4. You can now format each word or words separately.
