Usew VBA in excel 2003 to Update the Highlevel summary sheet from the other sheets

hi to all and thank you for your help,

What I need help is with creating an automatic updated of the "High LevelSummary" tab from multiple sheets "Initiative" Using the data from the Key milestones K3:Q13 for each initiative shhet as shown in teh summary tab. Using the "Planned finish date" to select the months.

The code must allow to select new cheets created.
