There is two sheets with two solutions. The first one is a simple and just copy the corresponding row if fulfill the condition. Disadvantage of this is that produce an empty rows for data that not fulfill the formula condition. In the second example I use a little more complex formula which avoid the disadvantage of the first example. To make it to work for you just change the cell references.
Note: If you use the second example there is an array formula and after you type it you must press CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER instead of only ENTER.
