Needed help: Adding next scheduled dates in TOC when the Actual date is filled.
I am working on this sheet since long. Thanks for helping me when it is required the most.
This time, I have some weird problem.
You can see in the attached sheet, when we clicked on button to add new sheet, the sheet name i.e. Patient number is added to the sheet “TOC” in column “B”.
Now, in the patient sheet (newly added sheet) there are many dates named Scheduled visit date, actual visit date, etc..
There are 3 phase (sections) in the attached sheet. Again, the 2nd phase is divided in 3 parts.
Each phase & part has the Scheduled visit date & actual visit date.
All the Scheduled visit date & actual visit date are in one flow i.e the patient visit is schedule on a particular date and when the patient actually visits, it’s the actual date. Again, the date is schedule for next treatment, and the patient visits for that treatment is the actual date for that treatment then again next schedule date and so on…This keeps on continue uptil the 3 rd phase where the study end( i.e cell” N97”)
Now the problem is every time the date is scheduled it should appear in TOC after the sheet name in column “C".
The schedule date in the TOC sheet column C will change when the actual date below that schedule date is entered and the next date is schedule. This schedule date should then get replaced with old schedule date.
Note : The Schedule date should go on from G44 to O44 then next schedule date is E70 to N 70 then T70 to AC70 then AI70 to AM70 then next is E96 to N96.
Also , when the sheet is deleted the name and schedule date of that sheet should also get deleted from TOC.
If you can help me with this, my work on this sheet will get completed hopefully.
Waiting for your response.
Thanks you so much.
