Index and match questions.

I have two sheets. Sheet 1 and Sheet 2.

If the data in Sheet 1 Column A matches the data in Sheet 2 Column C, then I want the corresponding data in Sheet 2 Column D to populate into Sheet 1 column E.

Can anyone help with this? Too vague?
