I need to have a cell that you can enter a number in between 1-60 and it will convert this number from a conversion table. How do I do this??

07-12 Mins = 0.2HRS
13-18 Mins = 0.3HRS
19-24 Mins = 0.4HRS
25-30 Mins = 0.5HRS
